Transfers can be arranged if the student wants to change to another class.

COURSE CHANGES

GCE reserves the right to cancel a course if enrollment is insufficient. If a class is over-subscribed or canceled for lack of enrollment, you will be notified. Wait lists are taken for all courses with limited enrollment. We will contact you if there is an opening. Unless notified to the contrary, assume you are enrolled and your classes will run as scheduled. NO CONFIRMATIONS ARE SENT.
